Prompt, excellent service!

Just had a routine maintenance check that I had put off for too long. Tech was extremely efficient and the appointment took about 15 minutes. He also gave me some good tips for things I can do maintenance wise. Would reccomend!

Within 3 hours of calling Frosty’s Pat was at my place. He conducted a detailed inspection and identified the problem as well as giving me several tips. After less than an hour, the AC was fixed. I highly recommend Frosty’s!!!

Pat was great. He felt pretty sure he corrected the problem, and also said service was covered under Frosty's warranty because the installation wasn't quite right. Time will tell if this took care of the problem, but so far, so good.

Only reason I put 3 stars on the costis that I hate to pay anything and as a grumpy old man everything is too expensive to me. As for the service quality, as far as I can tell it was great but I have no way to tell. Frostys is the expert and pat represented the company so well that I completely trusted his advice. Give him a raise. Suggestion: on your appt reminder call, include the time. I remembered the day but not the time..if you are going to be diligent and courtesy to remind me....a complete reminder would be better for idiots like me and probably for you as well. As for your guy give him a raise.
