I’ve had a service contract with Frosty’s since 2001, and you installed my heater/air conditioner and air scrubber. I have recommended a bunch of folks to you. That being said, the tech you sent was my least favorite in 20 years. He began by explaining that he “does things differently” - a phrase he repeated 3 times in the first few minutes until I explained I’m looking for the SAME service I’ve had for 20 yrs. Todd glibly told me he expected me to give him a good Yelp review and raised the issue of a Yelp review twice. If I gave him a Yelp review I can assure you Frosty’s would not be happy. Todd left a piece of equipment hanging from a vent after he left. I had to pull a ladder and take it down. Then I called Frostys and was told he would be back to pick up the piece of equipment, which I left outside on the stoop. Two days later it is still hanging on my door handle. Not sure where you found Todd but I believe you can do better. Patricia Moynihan

Phil did a very thorough job. He was able to identify the potential issue on his first visit, make a recommendation, for which we agreed to. Upon his return visit, he was able to address the issue. I appreciate the time and thoroughness he gave to our situation.

I am overwhelmingly satisfied with the service I received. The technician (Todd) was prompt and professional. He helped fix the problem we were having...exactly the way we were hoping...and carefully explained what we experiencing. Todd also made certain our whole system was functioning properly by testing beyond the issue we called for. Every customer service interaction should be this pleasant. Even though it looks like I need a new HVAC unit, he shared options in a low-pressure, positive way. I would use his services again and highly recommend him to others!

Todd was very personable, polite and respectful of COVID practices. He was very thorough but also efficient in his winter checkup routine.

Pat was informative and detailed. Only issue with Frosty's is failure to return calls on day of service to find out where in the appointment window we were. Because one of the 2 properties is rental with a tenant, we were unable to inform tenant of ETA within the appointment window. Return customer calls!

Phil was efficient, friendly, and professional. He suggested maintenance and prioritized the items, explaining the knapsack of each. He made suggestions that saved me $$, and I trust Frosty’s to be fair in all of its transactions.

Great service

Once again, the technicians were great. Although my new unit was not cheap, I think it will save me money in the long run, with better efficiency and reliability.

Patrick was super helpful, took time to explain things, and gave me helpful advice. It was also nice that I got a charge of coolant to tide me over and give me A/C before my replacement unit arrived.
