Todd was great; he called before he arrived and had my unit serviced in under 30 minutes. We went over his service report, asked me if i had any questions and told me that he would see me in the Spring.

Blower motor stopped functioning in the upstairs air handling unit. Thought it was frozen so let it thaw for a day. Turned it back on but still nothing. Called Frosty's and Pat came out to look at the system. Blower motor was shot. System overall was 11 years old, so we opted for replacing the entire system. This is the fourth time we've worked with Frosty's: 2x A/C, water heater, and furnace. Always good, timely service and reasonable prices when we've shopped around for comparisons. We'll stick with Frosty's in the future.

Pat walked me step by step of everything he did and what issues my AC was having. From the electric issue of the heat pack to the capacitor of the outside unit. He was very knowledgeable and very nice. Would work with them again

These guys were great! Came at the expected time, worked diligently and quietly to remove old system and replace with a new one, left everything clean, and were courteous throughout.
