I have been a Frosty's customer for 20 years and they never fail! Last year during winter check up they reminded me my system was old and operating on freon which they could not replace anymore if there was ever a problem. Given age of system, I decided to replace it before it crashed...which would likely be in a heat or freeze wave given Murphy's law. I did my research and they answered all of my questions patiently, guiding me to a very efficient, appropriately sized unit at a comfortable price point. They did the install in February...a few weeks before the pandemic shut down. I can't tell you how grateful I have been for a new heating- AC system during this pandemic. One less major issue to worry about. And even though working at home full time with the system always on (we typically turn it way back when we are at work), the heating/AC bills did not go up...they actually went down given the unit's efficiency. Huge thanks to the Frosty's team for their guidance, reminders about the age of my system, and perfect install.

Phil was great! He arrived on time, wearing his PPE with all of his equipment in hand. He serviced my unit quickly and left the area as neat as he found it. When he was finished, he explained what he did and when to schedule my appt in the Fall. Very easy process - also love the email/text notification for appt reminders and notice before arrival.

Todd Krems did an excellent job with our Spring HVAC service. He was thorough and took time to explain the condition of our 12 year old heat pump. He provided multiple options for the coming years and explained each in detail. He did not recommend the one that made Frosty’s the most money and earned our trust. We will ask for Todd for future service to our heat pump.

I have a service contract with them to check my HVAC system in the Spring and Fall. They call and email to remind me of the service. They schedule appointments quickly and perform the service as needed. The staff has always been great, and I would recommend them highly.

I have used other hvac services in the past, but I always feel that my equipment has been thoroughly checked out when they leave. One less thing to worry about!

Smart, knowledgeable technician. Totally knows what he is doing! Listens to questions or concerns you have, or things about your heating system you want him to know before he starts his work. Does not try to “upswell.” And friendly to deal with and respectful of your home.

My furnace went out mid-day on a Friday. I agreed to pay for an evening emergency service call. 20 minutes later they called and said that Todd was available and on his way over. He did the diagnostic and only charged the normal daytime rate. Todd was very patient about explaining the situation and what my options were. I couldn't get the replacement done until Monday, so Todd went and got two space heaters to get me through the weekend. No extra charge, and no frozen pipes. The Frosty's crew was there first thing Monday and was very efficient at getting the work done. When it was over, they made sure to walk me through how everything worked and answered all of my questions. Everybody I dealt with from the first phone call to the end was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend Frosty's!

We just recently purchased the home knowing the HVAC system was outdated. Within the first two weeks of moving in, homeowners luck struck and the HVAC system needed immediate replacement due to the cold weather. The Mr Frosty Service Tech, came out and immediately knew due to age the system needed replacement. Within 4 days, I had a new install. The Install Techs were On Time, actually early. They cleaned up, wore masks, were professional at every turn and gave me a tour of my new system. Also the quote was right on so no hidden costs or surprises. In our last home it took weeks to get someone out to have a replacement done. I will be a repeat customer!
