Andrew arrived early. He was very friendly, and he explained what he saw very clearly. He inspected the whole system, then made one quick repair and got my A/C back up and running. At no time did I feel like he was trying to sell my anything above and beyond what was needed. I will definitely recommend Frosty's to my friends.

Our air conditioner malfunction Friday night on what would be the hottest weekend of the year. Contacted Frosty’s early Saturday morning and Patrick hooked me up with Phil who was over within a few hours and made the repair within 30 minutes. Excellent service, particularly under the circumstances of it being a weekend and during away.

Pat arrived on time. He was knowledgeable, thorough and efficient. Pat offered some good tips and was very personable.

The tech(Pat) arrived and went through check list of items we had covered on the phone a couple of days ago. Oddly, for me throwing switches and breakers did not work while for him it did. Problem quickly solved and AC back up and running. Both he and I had run through a thorough checklist of items a couple of days before and his responses were thorough and helpful. Had our run through two days ago solved the problem, I could have saved the fee. Oh, well.

Our A/C wasn't working properly. We called Frosty's, and they were able to get a technician to our house that day. Pat arrived within an hour of our initial call to Frosty's and was able to diagnose and resolve the issue quickly.
