This was the seasonal check entering into the summer season. Was advised that the surge protector installed 20 years ago has had some reports of failure, and was given the option of disconnecting it without replacing it, or replacing it. I chose to replace it with a new, more current configuration. The price for the part, labor, and convenience was reasonable. The technician, Tyler, was responsive to every question, efficient, cheerful and friendly in every respect.

Frosty’s has replaced my heating/AC unit twice in the 18 years I’ve lived in my home, and I’ve always had great service at a reasonable price. And they perform the maintenance checks twice a year, and I’ve always been pleased with that service as well, including my most recent check that was handled professionally by Tyler.

Our A/C wasn't working and another company canceled our appointment to have it serviced two days in a row in the midst of a heat wave. I called Frosty's and they got someone sent over within an hour. He went over the situation and possible next steps to explore to really fix the issue instead of just a temporary solution that could make things worse down the line. It'll be pricy and isn't a quick fix, unfortunately, but our tech, Tyler, did a great job explaining everything and talking through the situation with us.

Tyler was a great rep for Frosty. He was on time. He took his time explaining what he was doing and why. He never appeared rushed in answering our many questions. He arranged for the needed follow-up service. He left with us feeling that we received the customer focused service which is the reason we use Frosty. No less than the best!

Great service call today! The technician was thorough and recommended needed prevention actions to preserve the functionality of the unit. Although the "cost of business" has significantly gone up since my last check, it was best to get the work done as not to prolong any potential leaks in the unit which will make it inefficient in the hottest months of the summer.

We went with heating and A/C replacement which was scheduled within a week and included site visit by Frosty’s President. Todd helped us diagnosis and repair a heat problem on a cold day and a Sunday so that we were able to have heat. He went above and beyond coming back in the same day after the initial repair failed and revealed a more systemic problem. He got it done and it is working again.
