Todd provided outstanding service, explained our home system and made recommendations on how to proactively replace part of our system that was reaching the end of its service life. He gave us a range of options and we were able to schedule installation right away.

HVAC problems are never fun, but the folks at Frosty's make dealing with them as painless as possible. Blower motor stopped functioning in the upstairs air handling unit. Thought it was frozen so let it thaw for a day. Turned it back on but still nothing. Called Frosty's and Pat came out to look at the system. Blower motor was shot. System overall was 11 years old, so we opted for replacing the entire system. This is the fourth time we've worked with Frosty's: 2x A/C, water heater, and furnace. Always good, timely service and reasonable prices when we've shopped around for comparisons. We'll stick with Frosty's in the future.

Pat walked me step by step of everything he did and what issues my AC was having. From the electric issue of the heat pack to the capacitor of the outside unit. He was very knowledgeable and very nice. Would work with them again
